POP UP

Connecting people and letting them enjoy themselves through food: that is what we strive for with our Passion for Food pop-up. Regularly this involves creating small-scale pop-up restaurants in unique and surprising locations. Guests, upon entering, often join strangers for hours at a large table, to allow themselves to be taken by surprise by one small platter to the next. You eat what Chef Erling’s proverbial pot provides, however we naturally take into account allergies or other important requests. We enjoy putting our passion for these intimate evenings together with various other creative makers - from artists to DJ’s - to give our guests an unforgettable experience.

Who you wish to surprise or receive, and whatever the occasion is: together we can create a unique Dining Experience tailored to you and your guests.

We feel that pure and healthy food should be available to everyone, for a fair price. That is why Chef Erling provides catering on every occasion, whether at a wedding, anniversary, birthday or another event.

Cooking Workshop

Are you looking for a ‘Team Bonding’ activity for your colleagues or friends? Or would you like to strengthen your ‘Team Spirit’ in a special and creative manner? Then this fun and challenging cooking workshop with Chef Erling is perfect for you. 

The purpose of this workshop is to take a break from your daily routine, to enjoy time with your guests in a relaxed setting, to create conversations about and with the food, and also to cook with local and seasonal ingredients and build up knowledge about the “mise-en-place” of the kitchen. 

The guests receive a welcome drink upon entry and after a short introduction of the three course menu will be guided through the cooking workshop. The evening ends with the self-made dinner which the guests can enjoy together.
